A few simple ingredients mix beautifully to create this refreshing, lemon-sherbet-y cocktail. 

GIN FIZZ

50ml The Uncommon Thread, London Dry gin

20ml lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

1 bottle Double Dutch soda

Place a highball glass in the freezer.

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice for 30 seconds.

Strain into your chilled glass.

Garnish with an orange twist and sprig of mint.
