The Uncommon Thread, London Dry gin
if you have happened across our wine bar over the years, hopefully you will have seen that delivering exciting drinks is what we love to do.
Alongside the many amazing wines & spirits producers that we offer, we are very proud to have created our own micro-distillery, initially to produce a small range of special gins for our bar & bistro customers/friends as well as a select bunch of like-minded independents.
For a distillery housed in an 18th century world heritage site, making spirits in the most traditional of ways seemed the obvious choice for our first release, a premium, classic London dry gin brimming with juniper-led complexity & a savoury freshness - every once of flavour slowly squeezed from our single copper still.
