Originating from the 1920's, this classic cocktail of the sidecar family mixes punchy citrus and creamy egg white, balanced beautifully by our London Dry gin.
WHITE LADY
50ml The Uncommon Thread, London Dry gin
15ml triple sec
1 egg white
20ml lemon juice
10-20ml sugar syrup (to taste)
Place a coupette or martini glass in the freezer.
Add all of your ingredients into your shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until too cold to hold.
Strain into your chilled glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon. Enjoy!
